The provider undertakes to always provide the following information to the customer: a) Company identity (name and registered office), b) Contact details enabling fast and effective communication (email, phone).
5. PAYMENT METHOD
The provider enables the following payment methods: Payment by credit cards (via the Stripe service), payment by pro forma invoice (direct bank transfer).
6. PRICES
The price is valid at the time of order placement and has no predetermined validity. The price is valid in the case of payment using the above payment methods, under the above conditions. The purchase contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment when the provider confirms the order (the customer receives an electronic message about the status Order confirmed). From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply both to the provider and the customer.
7. CUSTOMS CHARGES
Buyer is responsible to pay any extra import charges if they apply to import arts to your country.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION
The customer can cancel the order at no additional cost. Cancellation is possible by email to info@katarinavidmar.com. In the email, please provide the name and surname of the customer, the order number, and other data necessary for easy identification of the canceled order. In the subject of the email, write CANCEL ORDER. Order cancellation is possible within 24 hours of order placement. Later claims will not be accepted.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all user’s personal data. The provider will use personal data exclusively for the purpose of order fulfillment and other necessary communication. The user’s data will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons under any circumstances and will be disclosed only in cases specified by the Personal Data Protection Act or in good faith that such action is necessary for court proceedings or other state authorities.

In case an agreement cannot be reached even through mutual negotiation, the competent court at the seller’s registered office is responsible for dispute resolution.
