I painted it in the early spring of 2023 and reminds me of my grandmother’s garden. I was a happy child, surrounded by nature. In a very different time, a child’s gaze full of beauty and wonder, it seeps a kind of innocence that can only be found in kids, animals, and nature. I guess that my deep conection with nature comes from there. You have to look through the eyes of innocence and wonder to see the magic.
