Late summer can be pretty dry around here. Cicory flowers bloom in abundance along the paths and in the meadows. Seeing this heavenly blue, I felt as if the sky had descended to earth. Inspired by this, I painted three paintings on the theme of “the sky in love.” This one is most abstract of them, almost looking as a pattern. In March and April 2026 it will be exhibited in Knjižnica Mirana Jarca in Novo mesto, Slovenia.
